Dave

Gotta get my comments in quickly before tomorrow's workout is posted...

We had a good sized group at 5:00: Jimmy, Rise and Rachelle. I think everyone was a little worn out (or maybe it was just me) but the workout was good nonetheless.

Animals key in on movement; although he's an animal, Adam notices a lack of movement. Whenever I would pause to catch my breath, almost instantly I would hear a voice from across the room: "Come on Dave, get up there!" We all got equal treatment though and somehow it does help...

I managed to get five sets of thrusters with 65 lbs before going to 45 lbs for the last five sets. This is an improvement from one of our thruster workouts earlier in the month so I'm optimistic that my body is responding positively to the daily thrashings!

Jimmy S

9 rounds and 6 Thrusters as RX'd.

Everyone pushed hard.

I heart Humidity

Rise

8 rounds as RX'd (slower pace to rest a little)

I will have to say it is harder to take it slow when you see everyone passing you. Sometimes my competetiveness kicks in and takes over. I used the slower pace to work on stringing more sets of pullups together. I accomplished that until the last round. I think I could have done 65# instead of 33# on thrusters. Didn't try to push it today, although I felt great on Thrusters today... surprise - surprise!

Great Work everyone!

Steve ... keep up the work, it will be worth it!
