I'll bring mine just in case. CF Radio is inspirational. :-)

A day without burpees is like a day without sunshine...
The long power stroke followed by a slower return does seem to work - thanks for the tip Adam. 7:26 and 7:51. As they say in Georgia: "I like to have died" on the second 2000 meters...

1st 2000: 8:08
2nd 2000: 8:29
I apparently have been doing rows wrong all along. Been using all arms to pull rather than legs. So on my 2nd Row I decided to try it the correct way, by the end of it my ass was so numb I couldn't stand correctly. Stared humming “Weebles wobble but they dont fall down...”
Adam quickly destroyed my previous RARE record for the 50 Chest to Bar/50 Burpee workout. Still a young padawan.
See everyone Friday going to VA Beach for the night.

Definitely a challenge. After Monday, I couldn't even hang on the bar, so I subbed leg lifts for KTEs. 9:58 and 10:50. The good news is that everything is a PR since I have never done it before. The better news is that I know I will be better next time around.
So what is the new RARE Record?

Dave... you are right... not a party on the rower...especially ALONE.
PR on first/ met previous PR on 2nd
8:34 / 8:48 (still feeling not myself)
Great Job Adam...amazing burpees!

I thought my heart was going to come out of my chest at the end of the first 2000 meters. It was rough. Second one I slowed down a bit and it wasn't quite as bad. I have to admit I was very happy my break was over the 5 minute stated time!!!!
(PR) 8:18 and 8:36

Tonight was supposed to be a night off for me, but I caved into the peer pressure.
1st round - 8:21 (PR)
2nd Round - only 1,000 meters (4:17) due to the cramp down the sides of my feet and my legs turning to jelly. I didn't eat enough today or hydrate very well after cutting grass for 3 hours. Will do better next time.

1st round 8:25
2nd round 8:54
My times were better than the last time we did this workout but I still have a long way to go!
Congrats to Adam for his 5:01 on the 50 chest to bar pull-ups / 50 burpees workout.
Everyone did great tonight, keep up the good work!

1st round 12:13 (PR)
2nd round 12:26
This workout just plain sucks. The second one was easier than the first but I kept getting shin splints throughout the night. Beat my personal best for the last time we did this with both of my rounds last night. I don't want to look at another rower again for a few weeks.

I may not be able to do a pull up yet, but I can row :>)

8:05 first 2000 meters, then I did the 50 C2B Pull-ups and 50 Burpees WOD from Monday, 5:01.
Everyone did a great job on the C2's, if we all continue to work on the proper technique just a little more, times will improve dramatically. Great Work!
