Technique can't be ignored when going heavy, found that out on my first try at 165. Lesson learned.

Went outside of my safe zone and tried the heavy weight. Glad I did. Found majority of the lifts come from the legs.
We're off to Key West for a week! See everyone once we return, hopefully in the new place Adam?

I had to rush a little to get to work on time tonight, so I think I probably could have done 105, but I didn't rest long enough. Thanks ladies for helping me get out quick. Still hit a PR, but I aspire for more!
