Nice work for everyone who made it through the two rows tonight - 2000 meters is a long way when you're pulling on the oars!
Ouch indeed - I felt like I had half a tank of 87 octane gas instead of a full tank of the hi-test needed for this workout. My legs were dead for the first interval and I actually stopped twice to argue with myself about going further. I considered slinking out the side door after the first row but decided to stay for the second round instead. As I don't like the other explanations that came to mind, I blame the deadlift and run workout yesterday for my combined rows being 22 seconds slower than this same workout at the end of June. First row was 7:44 and my final row was 7:55.
I've also been Walking Up Stairs Slowly (WUSS) after this workout...

I came at 1pm for a different kind of torture.
AMRAP in 15 min of...
10 wall balls (12#)
5 KTE (Toes 2 Bar)
20 dbl. unders
Once again dbl unders kept me from achieving more rounds, but I got into the 7th round through KTE's. All others unbroken sets. Figured out how to kip to do faster Toes 2 Bar.
I'll be visiting crossfit NRV in Blacksburg this weekend. See everyone on Monday!

A bit disappointed in my time, but it gives me something to shoot for the next time we do this exercise. Great job to everyone!
