Rochelle - happy birthday! It was good seeing you again today...I know you're pumped about Saturday and we're glad that you've thrown your hat in the ring!
Light day for me - did the warmup then 3 sets of 8 squats at 95# with Derrick, some jump roping and some stretching.
See everyone on Saturday!

Happy B-day Rochelle!
Light day for me too. I didn't want the soreness two days after to get me during FGB. I did the warmup the 1 round of FGB. I'm still leaving some wallball reps out there, but all in all ok numbers. I have never done FGB with a rest day before it. It has always been on my 6th day in a row! Maybe my numbers will be better... We shall see... come what may...

Happy birthday Rochelle I hope you enjoyed your day!
I did the posted workout because I will not be doing FGB but good luck to all who are. Back squats 75,95,115,125,145,155,165 x 1. 165 was done a couple times but never together in the set of two, that's alright I'm happy with this progress :)
